Welcome To Bead Soup! Bead Soup is located in the New Weave Building of Historic Savage Mill, a restored19th century textile mill built in Savage, Maryland. Since we opened our doors we have become known in the DC and Baltimore Metropolitan areas as a friendly whimsical store with a little bit of everything. We offer a full selection of beads, beading supplies, tools, books, magazines, classes and kits.

Bead Soup not only offers premium beading classes, but instruction in needle felting, wirework and PMC. For that special one of a kind gift we feature unique, handcafted jewelry, glass pendants, bead crochet and one-of-a-kind items for sale from local artisans.
Join us in our large beading area that faces the lush woods overlooking the Little Patuxent River. This area, bathed in natural light, is the perfect place to come and work on your projects, take a class, and chat with fellow beaders...and bring the kids they are always welcome! Use your own supplies or buy them from us, either way there is always an experienced beader available to assist you and answer any questions you might have.
