Beginner Silver Clay in the New Year 2025

Precious Metal Clay is a fabulously creative material developed in the early 1990’s in Japan. PMC consists of microscopic particles of pure silver powder and a water-soluble, non-toxic, organic binder that burns off during firing.

Intro to PMC Silver with a Valentine in mind!
In this class, you will learn the basics of PMC in this introductory class, including; how to form, texture, cut, dry, then return to pick up -
(photo shows samples - actual tea cup and saucer still to arrive)
The cutest little tea cup pin cushion with a fine silver stick pin or 2.

Students will hear about both kiln and torch firing the clay. When fired, the organic compound is burned off, leaving 99.9% fine silver.
Nothing to Buy Before Class! and No Experience Needed!!
Use of all hand and studio tools as well as the materials used to make the project, included in the class price.
