4th of July Gnome Fob
Who’s ready to celebrate the 4th of July with this cute little gnome? I know we are. This is a quick and easy small silver fob that you will have done in no time at all.
The small fobs work up so quickly and once done can be made into whatever you want them to be. We always attach them to the fobs but I’ve seen a lot made into ornaments and even a pendants. Let your imagination guide you.
This fob can be used to hang from a purse, key chain, bead bag or wherever you want it to hang. The metal component is approximately 2 1/4’ long and 1’ wide and the peyote strip is slightly over 2” long.
This strip is done in even count peyote. You will receive a printed word and color chart but you must know how to start and stop the even count peyote because you do not receive these instructions with your kit. The peyote strip is zipped on the back side of the fob which is looped over the D ring. You will also need to know how to zip your even count peyote strip to the fob. We recommend that you not bead tightly for the zip rows which are rows 1-18. This makes zipping much easier.
Thread and needles are not included in your kit but we recommend 6lb Fireline and a size 10 beading needle. That is what are samples are made with though we are confident that substitutions can be made.
In this kit you will receive enough size 11/0 Delicas to create one beaded peyote strip and one metal D Ring.
