We call these pocket hearts because they can simply be placed in your pockets to think about loved ones if you don’t wear jewelry. We have also seen them used as scissor fobs, pendants and brooches.
You will received printed step-by-step instructions for this brick stitch heart. Prior knowledge of brick stitch is helpful but not necessary since you will also receive diagrams. Our samples were created with 6lb Fireline and a size 12 beading needle. Thread and needles are not included in your kit and we did not experiment with other types of thread and/or needles so we can not guarantee the outcome of the project if you decide to use something else.
You will receive enough size 11/0 Delicas to create two hearts and enough size 15/0 seed beads to zip them together. There is a tiny bit of stuffing included if you want to add stuffing to give your heart some dimension.
